Today is Erin's birthday. Unfortunately, she will be spending it in the hospital.
Looks like we'll get her home tomorrow (Sunday) at the earliest.
Anyone who has read this blog the past few months understands what a lovely person Erin is.
She put her heart and soul into giving James a chance at life.
She sacrificed a lot and did it with a smile.
Words can not express how proud I am of my wife.

Happy Birthday Erin! It was good to see your lovely smile, along with Lauren's, posted here. We know this is a heartbreaking time for you but your strength and courage is an inspiration to us all. The support flooding in from your many friends is a testimont to the wonderful person that you are. We're sorry we never got to meet James but he touched us in a big way.
